Our items are usually shipped out the next business day, so you will need to contact us quickly.
We can accept cancellations once your order has started its shipping process 24 hours after the purchase but there will be a small fee for the shipping costs.
Our 100 Adventures Trial policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact form. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If an item is demaged we cannot offer you a refund, but a free repair as long as the item is not intentionaly demaged or cut. Shippment must be payed by the customer.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged to begin with. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email on the contact form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
